1. Raw Material
-receive raw material to one stock point or several
stock points
-issue raw material to production points
-monitor raw material using the raw material stock
analysis and summaries

2. Production Register
-record quantity and value of goods produced
-you can forward goods from one production line to
another production line
-finally register quantity and value of finished goods
to stock points ready for sale or distribution

3. Production Analysis
-observe batch productions to identify poor/low
production as measured against
prequalified/expected results
-the system will flag batches that have not met
quantities expected

4. Production Order Status
-follow progress of production as batches move
through all the production lines until finished
products
-monitor production process by observing where
batches could have taken longer than expected

5. Production Summaries
-generate quantities produced daily, weekly,
monthly and annually
-generate spoilages/waste along different
production lines
